Welcome to the Belly app ("App")! By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Scope of Service

Belly is a social health and fitness mobile app that offers users a 66-day pilates challenge, while also allowing users to track calories through food photos they take and share this progress with their friends.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

Belly is not a medical diagnostic, treatment, or professional health advice app.

• You should always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before starting the 66-day pilates challenge or any diet/calorie tracking program.
• Belly cannot be held responsible for any injuries or health problems that may arise from the incorrect application of the exercises presented in the app or if they are not suitable for your physical condition.
• Calorie values provided through photos are based on artificial intelligence/algorithmic estimations; precision or 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. User Accounts and Security

• You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use.

4. User Content and Social Interaction Rules

The app allows you to share your photos with your friends. While using the app, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Content Responsibility: You must ensure that you own the copyrights or have the right to share all the photos (food or otherwise) you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload any photos or content that is violent, obscene, illegal, contains hate speech, or violates the rights of others (including privacy rights).
• Respectful Communication: You must be respectful to other users and your friends. Bullying, harassment, or offensive behavior will result in the termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The app's design, text, graphics, pilates programs, algorithms, logos, and software infrastructure are the property of Belly. You may not copy, reproduce, or use the app's content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Modification or Suspension of Service

Belly reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or completely terminate the app's features (pilates programs, calorie estimation infrastructure, social network structure, etc.) without prior notice.

7. Account Termination

If you violate these Terms of Service or endanger the security/community peace of the app, we may suspend or permanently delete your account without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided to its users "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will work uninterrupted or completely error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
